Dynamic law firm located just north of Denver has an immediate opening for a Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team and provide exceptional legal representation to individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, including at least 1 year of plaintiff litigation experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury cases, from automobile accidents to slip and fall incidents, and to make a meaningful impact in your clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Handle a caseload of 75-100 pre-litigation files and 6-10 litigation files with the assistance of a dedicated pre-litigation paralegal and litigation support team.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
• Conduct depositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in jury trials.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, including at least 1 year of litigation experience.
• Well versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Must be able to commute daily to the firm's Westminster office location (100% onsite role).
• Applicants must currently reside in Colorado.

Contract to hire role with a pay rate of $40.00 - $60.00 per hour offered. The firm will make an offer of employment within 2-6 months of commencing the assigment.
